THIS IS MY STORY

Gray is also the Host of "The Golden Rules," a web series and podcast that delves into the lives and businesses of today's music industry executives. This series is in the process of being transformed into a book series titled "The Golden Rules." Previously, Gray was the Founder and CEO of the award-winning Nashville-based company, Grayscale Marketing. In 2021, the company was acquired by Romeo Entertainment Group, where Gray subsequently served as Vice President of Marketing for the parent company and as Chief Executive Officer of Grayscale Marketing until the end of his contract in December 2023.

For reference, the 2022 CMA Festival in Nashville had an estimated 80,000 attendees, while Bonnaroo has a capacity of 90,000 and Pilgrimage Festival accommodates 27,000.

In 2019, Gray established an annual scholarship fund to support students in the recording industry attending universities in Middle Tennessee. Scholarship recipients receive a cash award, an internship opportunity at his company, and personal mentorship from Tim himself.

While work plays a significant role in his life, Tim recognizes the importance of taking breaks and managing stress. To achieve this balance, he enjoys various hobbies, including sailing, painting, woodworking, reading, and traveling. He has sailed over 3,500 nautical miles across 14 countries and numerous islands in the Caribbean,  Mediterranean Sea, and South Pacific. Tim has also had the privilege of visiting 38 countries across 5 continents. These activities not only provide creative outlets but also help him recharge and find solutions when faced with challenges.

"As an executive, I am grateful to have found a harmonious balance between my work and leisure. My passion for what I do drives me to live my dream and encompasses my love for reading, traveling, creating and listening to music, and mentoring."
