I am the Host of The Golden Rules, a web series focusing
on the lives and businesses of today’s music industry executives that is being transformed into into a book series titled "The Golden Rules. I also serve as the CEO of the award-winning Nashville-based company, Grayscale Marketing as well as Vice President of Marketing for Romeo Entertainment Group.
His entrepreneurial career spans 20 years with experience in creative branding, event ticketing, concert promotion, talent booking, artist management, video production & photography, and brand sponsorships.
Throughout his career, Tim has been awarded the Nashville Business Journal's Best In Business Award, Small Business Of The Year, Nashville Emerging Leader Award in Arts and Entertainment, been listed as by Inc Magazine's People On The Move, and nominated for 40 Under 40. In addition, Tim has been awarded Music Industry Organization, Society Of Leaders In Development, Member of the Year and Spirit of SOLID Award, and has been nominated for a Facebook advertising award, Most Admired CEO, and Entrepreneur Of The Year.
In addition to his entrepreneurial experience, Tim is an impassioned philanthropic leader. He holds Board Of Director positions for three Nashville-based non-profit organizations, Musicpreneur Storehouse, Alumni Advisory Council (AAC) for MTSU College of Media and Entertainment and Music Makes Us (MMU). He has held multiple boards and committee positions for Nashville based organizations including SOLID (Society Of Leaders In Development), NEXT Awards + Entrepreneurs’ Hall of Fame Committee, was a judge for the 2018 Nashville Emerging Leader Awards and is a member of Young Entertainment Professionals, The Troubadour Society, Nashville Chamber of Commerce, The Other Nashville Society, The Recording Academy, and the Country Music Association.
